I am having issues triggering data from Workato.

This is a rather simple workflow. The workflow will trigger if the New or updated row in the sheet. It is set on 5 mins time interval. It will pull all relavant columns provided by the client. If the value includes the Purchasing Approval Date, we want to pull/search contract details, contract types, and department details. If the list size = 0, create a contract.

Hi @jmtyus25 ,
For a trial account,we can't see data reflecting in real-time. Instead,we need to use a scheduled trigger.In the next step, take Smartsheet as an action,try using Search Rows, and store the results.Every 5 minutes the job will run, and if any changes occur,they will be updated.If a new row is added, it will be created.This way,we can handle it in a trial account.

I created a trail account and tried keeping the trigger as New or updated row in report in Smartsheet
all the rows which i have created or updated got triggered just the added or updated comments and atachements didn't reflect in that trigger as mentioned in the docs

make sure you have chosen the correct report in the trigger
