We’re excited to announce that the AgentX Support App is now Generally Available (GA), hosted on Workato infrastructure.

As part of the AgentX suite, the Support App is designed to help Workato customers deliver exceptional self-service customer experiences and equip support agents with powerful AI-driven tools. By combining AI-powered search, automated task flows, and intelligent collaboration, AgentX Support empowers teams to resolve issues faster and more effectively.

The result: reduced resolution times, improved CSAT, and lower support costs.

New Workflow Apps Features!

Readonly Columns and more updates for Table Widget in Apps

Table widget for workflow apps has been recently updated with much anticipated improvements:
- Make certain columns read only in editable table widget – Yes, now you can individually pick which columns are editable and which are read only. That allows guard-railing a user to update only data they are supposed to.
- Customisable "Add row/Remove row" capabilities in the editable table – Another option important for managing what needs to be done in the table widget within a particular process.
- Resizable columns – Now a user can adjust column width to their liking. This will be preserved for a given user in a current browser.
These feature allow building line information review experience within tasks much more tailored and unlocks new use cases.

Display images dynamically from URLs in Workflow Apps
As simple and cool as this sounds. Now you can display images from URLs to create dynamic experiences for the end-users. This works for:
- Showing employee avatars,
- Visualising inventory stock items
- Previewing images generated with AI
- Displaying receipts and purchase orders
