Not sure, but you can give it a try.
I think they would accept mostly work email.

No, its Not Possible to create a Workato using Personal Email ID. Only Partner account is used to Create a Workato Account

But we cant complete automation pro courses and certifications with sandbox account right.. any other alternative way

I’m not completely sure, but you can still gain hands-on experience in workato using the developer sandbox, even though completing the Automation Pro courses and certifications might not be possible with it.
