Accumulate to same list in diff parts of the recipe

Hello Workato Community,

Is there a way to accumulate to the same list in different parts of the recipe (as if the list was a variable that can be reused)?

Use the variable connection instead of the list connection and you will be able to add to the variable list at different steps within the recipe

Hello, I am new to Workato - I don't see a variable connection as an option. What did you mean by that? Is it a special connector that is not built-in?

App > Variables by Workato > Create List and then Add Item to List

Answer by Joseph is correct, the Variable connector allows you to create and append to a list.
