topic Outlook connector issues in Workato Pros Discussion Board

Everytime I have clients that want to set up an outlook connector it seems like we run into issues that show the following error. Does anyone know why and more importantly, how to have the client permiss or fix what's needed. They've stated that all required permissions have been granted (per what workato needs) so I don't think that's the problem.

Thanks!
