Unable to fetch Service Now attachment contents

Hi All,

I have scenario where when a New Incident is created in Service Now my recipe will trigger along with the data I am trying to fetch the attachments if user has attached to the incident.

In my recipe I was searching the Attachments and then trying to fetch content of the Attachment attached in Incident .But always getting the output like <File Contents>.

Any one were able to download the contents of the attachment for Incident ?? Attache

Just an FIA .Soon after this workato team has created a Ticket for the same.

Now able to see the contents of the file ,after mapping the output to Logger now able to see the same.
