Upload file to NetSuite File Cabinet in Workato

We have a use case where we need to upload a CSV to the NetSuite file cabinet. Has anyone been able to build this out in Workato? The only pre-built actions in the NetSuite connector are `Get File by Id` and `Attach File to Record` which both assume that the file is already in the NetSuite file cabinet.

You can create a file by using the "Create standard record" action and choose "File" as the record type.

The action 'get file by id' can be used for this. Would that work for your use case?
