Wild card search question

Is there a way to use wildcards inside a search? I know I can use the .match? in a formula but not sure how to do it in this situation

Where the pricebook name in SFDC would be SP01 – List, or SP03 – Bobs Cable etc

Where in Epcior its just SP01 or SP03

So in this search I would like to search Pricelist Step 1 is always a 4 digit code starting with SP

So SP01, SP03, SP63 etc etc

But the Pricebook name in SFDC is SP01 – full name with customer

I understand how match works in a formula but not sure how to use it in this screen

not sure why someone marked my screen shot as to where I'm trying to use a wldcard as a solution
