Curious, what happens when lookup table hits 100k row limit - does it fail silently?

Haven't tried this myself, but curious as I see rampant use of lookup tables for storing (growing) data (not just config/metadata)

I have tested this when the Row limit was 10k ....It didn't failed but out of the loop it used just add the last row that's it ..(I have passed 100 records only the last record was added to it)

Not sure now how it might behave.
