Include Header block for Slack Workbot message?

Hi all,

This may be a simple 'yes/no' but just posting here in case I'm missing something - I am using the Slack Workbot to send messages and manually 'build' the block kit.

It looks like the 'Header' block is not available?

Header on Slack is larger than normal text, and it is different than bold (using *text* markdown):
