Microsoft Dynamics missing a custom field as a datapill even though it is visible in raw output.

Hi All

Looking for a bit of advice. I have a recipe that uses the Microsoft Dynamics connector to retrieve data from our cloud Dynamics CRM. When I do a "Get Object by ID" call to process an Account, I examine the raw JSON output and I can see a (custom) field called "ws_sytemintegration" which holds a string value I need.

However, when I add a step after that "Get Object by ID" call, I am not offered "ws_sytemintegration" as a datapill from the Get Object step when trying to do things in the new step. (It is an "If condition" that needs to branch depending on the value in "ws_sytemintegration")

How do I "refresh" the Dynamics connector to tell it to offer a new field as a datapilll? I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Dynamics connector but that did nothing. Is it something I need to do in Dynamics itself? The fact that the field is actually in the raw JSON seems to indicate Dynamics is pushing it out, but Workato is not recognising it.
It is very frustrating to see the required field in the raw JSON output, but not be able to reference it as a datapill in subsequent steps.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @EvanYates,
Did you try doing a Schema Refresh which you can notice when you Edit your Recipe. And see if the field is visible as a datapill.

If you are still not able to view the field, check whether the field is selected from the Fields to Retrieve[might have different name for Microsoft Dyna CRM]. Something like this

And if you are still not able to view the field.
Try using the app JSON tool by Workato.

Could you please check these options.

Doing the Refresh in the recipe didn't change the set of datapills to choose from.
The Dynamics connector doesn't seem to allow you to choose the fields to retrieve. Just the Object

I think I may have found it.
However it is marked as "Deprecated" even though it has a value!
I think I might be sorted now.
