Hello,

Did anyone explore the App Events in Genie, I understood how to work with Knowledge base and skills, but I am not sure about this App Events thing, I referred the docs as well, but it wasn't that helpful for me, would appreciate your help in this.

I have explored App Events and thought I would share some key points in case anyone is looking into this. I hope this helps.

What App Events do
App Events let genies act proactively. They can respond to triggers from external systems like Salesforce rather than waiting for a user to start a conversation.

Main action
The "Send app event to genie" action sends business events from external apps to a genie. This allows the genie to handle parts of processes like researching, analyzing, or drafting messages.

What you can achieve

Genies can automatically process events and decide the next steps
They can notify users when processing is complete or if input or approval is required
You can continue previous conversations using a conversation ID
Genies can execute pre-defined skills based on the business event data
