We needed connectors that didn't exist. So we built them and shared them with the community.

In my intro post, I shared a bit about TalentXM and what we're building. Today I want to talk about something we're really proud of: our custom connector contributions.

The Problem

When we started building AI-powered automation across healthcare, HR, and CRM — we hit a wall.

The standard Zoho connectors were great for basic use cases. But we needed full API coverage, custom module support, bulk operations, webhook triggers, and enterprise-grade error handling.

So we built our own. And then we thought — why keep them to ourselves?
