I am having issues triggering data from Smartsheet. Has anyone had any similar experiences?

This is a rather simple workflow. The workflow will trigger if the New or updated row in the sheet. It is set on 5 mins time interval. It will pull all relavant columns provided by the client. If the value includes the Purchasing Approval Date, we want to pull/search contract details, contract types, and department details. If the list size = 0, create a contract.

Hi @jmtyus25 ,

For a trial account, we can’t see data reflecting in real-time. Instead, we need to use a scheduled trigger. In the next step, take Smartsheet as an action, try using Search Rows, and store the results. Every 5 minutes the job will run, and if any changes occur, they will be updated. If a new row is added, it will be created. This way, we can handle it in a trial account.

I am having the exact same problem. It will not identify row id's in the trigger step. When trying to force (schedule), it still will not identify the Row ID as a data pill. There is no way to bring it into an additional table to have it loop and find others.
