Not able to trigger event

I am trying to trigger the New/updated event but It is not able to find any new/updated event. Although I have already created a new event in the back end

I have this on SharePoint and BIM360 where it doesn't trigger on a new file in a sub-folder. What is the system you're connecting to?

Here's a trick I used on SPO:

Create a flow that triggers after a new file is created (this also works in subfolders).

Create a webhook in Workato.

Have the flow in SPO call the Webhook
