I'd love to kick this off! While using Zendesk with Workato, I noticed a lot of users like to use Workbot and Zendesk to show tickets.

How have you all used this recipe or a similar recipe in your workflows? Has anyone customized it even further to extend its functionality beyond just showing tickets?

I'd love to hear about some use cases surrounding this recipe and connector!
