I’m starting a conversation to facilitate bidirectional learning on the usage of Workato message templates and to understand best practices from others.
I've created a generic message template that my team uses to send error notifications, as shown below. I've ensured that all relevant information is included in the email.
The template has many features, such as dynamically changing the column names as per requirements, adding hyperlinks to any values, supporting multiple values in the error notification table, and changing colors to highlight errors.
I’m curious to learn how others are sending notifications in case of failures and am looking for insights and improvements to enhance our current approach. Your feedback and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
