The Sales Enablement Manager supports the enablement of MyCase’s Revenue Team, including the onboarding of new hires as well as their continuous training and development. Our very first Sales Enablement Manager will focus on equipping our revenue-generation teams with the right set of sales methodologies, enablement tools & training, in order to help them focus on delivering the most value for MyCase & for its customers.


What You’ll Do 

  • Establish long term vision for sales enablement to build out function (3+ year plan)
  • Take ownership of all enablement tools related to sales and customer interactions efficiencies
  • Build, execute and deliver efficient Sales methodology and pedagogy reinforcement programs that support sales process adoption, higher productivity metrics (quota attainment, revenue generation) and customer happiness
  • Enhance the current Revenue Onboarding Program to ensure new revenue hires understand MyCase’s sales processes, its products and their value propositions
  • Support New Revenue Hires throughout their first 90 days with the company, while inspecting completion of the program
  • Manage and promote Sales Enablement curriculums (onboarding programs and certifications, sales process materials/tools/training, revenue - sales & upsell - training, …) whilst working with Product Marketing and other teams to produce additional/necessary content
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other departments to evangelize the need for new content that will educate Sales team and advance deals, such as case studies, competitive information/battlecards, and product collateral that will further help us achieve user & payment goals
  • Partner with Revenue Management to assess training needs and create, direct, deliver these Programs
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to effectively measure, benchmark and monitor these program’s impact to the business
  • Uncover the individual strengths and opportunities for improvement of our existing Sales/Success talents

  • Tech Savvy: Ability to adopt and execute on sales technology
  • Understand how to make content consumable and usable: Understand how Sales reps are positioning content.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate and navigate conversations with leaders and departments to ensure the right knowledge is put in front of the sales reps in any given sales situation.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years experience in either Sales and/or Sales Enablement and/or training role in a B2B SaaS Organization
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals or targets
  • Recent successful experience working in fast-paced, multicultural organizational settings; integrating a dynamic start-up culture
  • Strong Salesforce.com knowledge and experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting, teaching and enabling people’s success with tools, sales methodologies & training
  • Ability to work with sales teams in various time zones
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or other eLearning software is a plus
