Insight Partners is building the future of enterprise automation, and we're looking for a Workflow Automation & Integration Engineer to architect it from the ground up. As one of the first hires on our rapidly growing Business Systems team, you'll design and build the intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that enable a $90B PE firm to operate at scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll partner directly with leaders across Finance, HR, Legal, and Investor Relations to eliminate manual work, orchestrate seamless workflows across enterprise business systems, and unlock new possibilities through AI agents and agentic automation.
This isn't a maintenance roleโyou'll be building the automation platform and capabilities that power Insight's next phase of growth. You'll have executive sponsorship, exposure to cutting-edge AI technology, and the opportunity to shape automation strategy and standards as the team scales.
