Highlights:  NetSuite Connectors SOAP: Fixed custom field filtering and custom field handling for certain objects; improved error handling. REST: Resolved TCP connection issues with dynamic host resolution. Salesforce: Fixed Bulk Upsert mapping issues and JWT trigger newline mishandling. Enhanced Listener error reporting with detailed metadata. SAP SuccessFactors: Added batch upsert functionality for multiple records. QuickBooks: Added support for custom fields in sales-related objects for updates and triggers. Data Tables: Introduced batch actions and clear/skip semantics for better control during updates. SMS by Workato: Enforced a 25-SMS daily limit starting December 17, 2024. Oracle Fusion: Fixed Learner Learning Records object access and added support for real-time business events as a trigger. Workato Achieves PCI DSS 4.0 and ISO 27001, 27701   We are extremely happy to announce that Workato is now certified as a PCI DSS 4.0 Level 1 Service Provider, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.   PCI-DSS Level 1 Workato holds PCI-DSS Level 1 (v4.0) compliance for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. These security standards ensure that the data and data activities are protected: Cardholder data storage Data processing Data transmission PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance allows financial services industry users to confidently use the Workato platform for payment-related operations. To maintain compliance, we undergo an annual assessment by an approved Qualified Security Assessor (QSA).   ISO 27001 ISO 27001 certification specifies controls for establishing, implementing, and improving information security across Workato’s systems, making it the global standard for information security management systems (ISMS). This certification underlines our commitment to data security and operational resilience. Multi-Value Column Type I am excited to announce that Data Tables now support multi-value column types! When creating a new column type, a new option - "Multi-value" - is now available for selection What can you do with it?  Construct form questions that accept multiple answers Tag specific records with one/more labels Filter records based on specific values contained inside the multi-value Construct SQL query WHERE clause with multi-value columns in SQL Transformations with Data Tables as a source 2. Batch Actions I am happy to announce that batch actions have landed in the Data Tables Connector!   How does it work?  We added 3 new actions that are batch-compatible: Create records (batch) Update records (batch) Delete records (batch) These actions are available out of the box and follow the same design experience as our other batch actions.                                     Multi-Select Component in Workflow Apps We're excited to announce that Workflow Apps now feature a native Multi-Select component! Say goodbye to workarounds—this new feature is built to meet the expectations of thousands of end-users worldwide.   Imagine allowing your users to easily select multiple options from a dynamic list without any hassle. Introducing API Proxy Transformation   A huge update from the API Platform team! The release of API Proxy this year was a significant milestone—it enabled countless use cases! Now, API Proxy Transformation allows you to modernise your APIs and optimise integrations with request and response transformations.  Request Transformations: Modify client requests before forwarding them to the target backend systems. This can include adding, removing, or modifying headers, query, and body. Response Transformations: Alter responses before they are returned to the client. This can include masking sensitive data, adding custom headers, or transforming XML to JSON. Interested in this feature? Let your CSM know! Any customers with an existing suite of APIs that need modern security and refinements could benefit from it. Our estimate of existing usage suggests that 1 in every 3 API recipes (33%) can benefit from using API proxy instead.   Why you should use it? IDP Invoice Processing Accelerator   Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) allows users to process incoming documents into a standardized format that they can utilize in their recipes and other downstream applications. We have developed an IDP solution that aims to simplify this process for our customers.  IDP Accelerator provides a framework to include humans in the loop for document review, approval and processing. It is flexible enough to be triggered from any source application of choice and to initiate the Human Review Process via Workflow Apps while highlighting the data with the lowest confidence scores to the reviewer. The Workflow Apps Review UI can also be replaced by Slack, MS Teams, or another UI of choice. API Platform - API Custom Authorization   We are happy to introduce API custom authorization! Custom authorization allows you to enforce additional sets of authorization claims on API recipe endpoints. This has been requested by many of our customers! How does it work? an API request is made to an endpoint and authenticated with a valid token, we evaluate the custom authorization expression, and only accept the request if the claims expression evaluates to true. Why do you need it? Custom authorizations let you enforce additional security measures such as role-based access control, locale restrictions, and custom business logic. Currently, this is a private feature that can be enabled upon request for all customers with access to the API Platform.
