Workflow Apps Update
Filtering by custom columns
It's easy peasy. Previously, we allowed users to filter just by system fields like the date the request was created and the author. Now, Workflow Apps allow you to filter workflow requests by any column the user has access to according to their role. Depending on the type of column, a wide variety of filters are available.
All filters appear in the URL, so you can bookmark your favourite view. Enjoy!
Customisable field validations
Input data validation is key to capturing expected data and eliminating mistakes early in business workflows. Accurate, reliable, and consistent data is essential for synchronising it in recipes with third-party systems.
Now, you can define custom validation rules for input fields.
Just select a predefined type to be validated coming out of the box, like email or URL.
Alternatively, head straight to the Rules section of the component to set up:
- Minimum/maximum value for numbers.
- Length limitations for text fields.
- If you are feeling adventurous, set up custom validations using regular expressions. You can validate literally any input time format and provide meaningful custom validation warnings. Gen AI can help tremendously with those.
Please note that we will come next with further validations like date/datetime and Data pills in min/max and length validations!

New SFTP on-prem connector
Released some days ago, but with great feedback from our customers (stay tuned, as new updates, like FTP on-prem availability and other good updates!), are coming soon, we are happy to announce the availability of the SFTP on-prem connector.
While previously it was possible to do on-prem file transfer via on-prem scripting, using the new connector is now faster and easier. Enjoy!
