The Revenue Operations Systems Specialist (“Systems Specialist”) will be part of our RevOps team, accountable for developing, researching and implementing strategies that will help Assent’s drive our growth plans.
The Systems Specialist will be the primary administrator for Assent’s Salesforce instance, and will lead the ongoing design development and optimization of Assent’s Salesforce to ensure business processes are appropriately automated, key performance metrics are accurately calculated and reported upon, and critical data is captured in a manner that supports insightful business analysis. The Systems Specialist will develop and deploy new business process functionality within the areas of Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance. Additionally, the Systems Specialist will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity, through system integrations, identifying data driven trends, standardizing key metrics and the creation of real-time dashboards and reports in Salesforce and/or other business intelligence tools.
