Using upsert action unable to insert row to sql

Unable to insert row to sql server with identity column as primary key 

and insert identity is off on sql server

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue with the Upsert action in SQL Server?

Did you get any error message, or is it not affecting any rows in the SQL table that you are trying to insert?
