I am trying to create a recipe that once a day takes all the cases created in NetSuite that day and creates a matching HubSpot Ticket. Then, within HubSpot we will send out the customer support survey.
Issue 1, my trigger is working but it doesn't pull any cases from "today".
Issue 2, I can't figure out how to even approach adding it to a contact or creating a contact to add it to.

Re the Contact, you will first need to look for a matching record in Hubspot using a unqiue identifier. Than, either use that Contact or create a new one and attach the ticket to it.
