Polling Trigger shows 2 different polling interval

Hi Team,

I've noticed a minor discrepancy: there are two different default polling interval times present in two separate workspaces.

Fig1. shows default value as 30mins

Could you please make necessary correction?

Hi @shivakumara, I already saw this the other day when using a Trial-Workspace vs. a Production-Workspace. So, it looks like we are limiting the frequency for unpaid accounts.
Perhaps you check into that direction by starting to validate the plan in each workspace.

Hi @chris-wiechmann 

But problem with a plan is concept wise it gives a wrong information to the users? hence it is better to have one single information even though people go with trial or subscription model.

Hi @chris-wiechmann! In my opinion, trial accounts shouldn't offer the 5-minute, 10-minute, 15-minute options and so on. Instead, they could begin with a minimum option of 30 minutes and go upward. What do you think?"

Hi @shivakumara, I guess you mean, that the Select-Option still offers these shorter intervals. Yes, I do agree to this, however I consider it as a low priority issue compared to other topics that needs to be tackled.  In any case, that decision would be up to our product team.
