retreving desired records from 30k rows file

I have scenario that  30k rows are there in a file want to retrive only the indentifier which belongs to 72411 from the file.
any suggetion on these...?

Hi @Laxman ,

Try loading the file into 'SQL Transformations' and then write a query in that. 
Please let me know if this approach worked.
