Is this Database on Premise? If yes you need to select the Gateway (OPA). If this is a cloud instance you need to provide a FQDN (full qualified domain name). In your config you just have a simple Hostname

We can't connect my SQL directly to the workato, you can connect using the on-prem agent.

thanks for the help, i tried to setup on prem agent, any suggestions?
