Looks like it is unable to create a working directory which is required to persist some data for temporay use. Please see this https://docs.workato.com/on-prem/agents/profile.html#connection-profiles

I suspect it cannot resolve your local SQL server name/address.

O guess you need some address translation to point to your local SQL server.
