Your connection is no longer valid. Please connect to On-prem files.

Hello

I recently added a new agent for an SQL connector to our on prem group in development. Previously, there was only an agent for our on prem network file share, which was working correctly. I downloaded, installed and connected the windows agent on our SQL server and was able to get the SQL connector in my recipe working. However, since then, the original on prem agent for the network fileshare will not remain connected. Every time I try to test the recipe, I get an error stating  "Your connection is no longer valid. Please connect to On-prem files.". I then re connect the on prem files, try and re test the recipe and get the same error. Additionally, Workato creates a new connection every time eg:"my second on prem files account/my third on prem files account" etc. What am I missing here? The only difference I see is that the agent versions are different, the new one is using version 26.0 and the original fileshare agent is 24.3. Both agents show as active.
The SQL agent is using SQL Server authentication and on a completely different server than the original  fileshare agent. . OPA_1.pngOPA_2.png

Hi @JD ,

I hope you're doing well.
Here are some observations from my workspace regarding the On-Prem Agent:

1. Agent Downtime & Connection Loss:
- If the On-Prem Agent is not running, the existing connection will be lost.
- As a result, Workato will attempt to establish a new connection automatically, leading to multiple connection entries.

2. Configuration of On-Prem Path:
- Ensure that the On-Prem path is correctly configured in the `conf.yml` file.
- The path should look something like this:
`"C:\Program Files\Workato Agent Test93\conf"

I recommend following next steps to be followed in case any failure:
Next Steps:
1. Restart the On-Prem Agent and check the logs for error messages.
2. Manually reconnect the existing connection in Workato instead of creating a new one.
3. Ensure your network and firewall allow stable communication with Workato.
4. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the On-Prem Agent and updating the credentials.

Thanks and Regards,
