Hey all,
I'm a little stumped on how to setup an automation between a couple apps, Airtable and Box.
I have an established folder structure on Box e.g.
So the idea is when a new event/course/class is scheduled, Workato will be triggered and check a couple factors to be true,
then it will search by the client naming (e.g. client 1234), if it IS in the folder structure, it won't create a new folder with that name.
It then moves inside that folder and creates a new folder based on another field (e.g.MoDaYr)
That's it, but I'm not sure of what logic to use or the settings. ๐
Any ideas to get info from AT compare to what's in Box and then do the end?

You can modify this recipe by swapping NetSuite for Box: https://app.workato.com/recipes/936320-record-new-customers-from-airtable-to-netsuite?community=us
Trigger would be a new entry in Airtable, then you would run a search through your folders in Box and if there is no existing client record, a new one would be created.
