Workflow Apps Update

Filtering by custom columns
Easy-peasy. Previously we allowed to filter just by system fields like date request has been created, author, etc.
Now Workflow Apps allow you to filter workflow requests by any column user has access to according to their role.
There is a wide variety of filters that are available depending on the type of column.
All filters appear in the URL so that you can bookmark your favourite view as well. Enjoy!

• Customisable field validations

Input data validation is a key for capturing expected data and eliminate mistakes at early steps in any business workflows.
Accurate, reliable, and consistent data is essential for using it in recipes and synchronising them to 3rd party systems.

Now, you can define custom validation rules for input fields.
Just select a predefined type to be validated coming out of the box like email or URL.
Alternatively, head straight to the Rules section of the component to set up:

1. Minimum/maximum value for numbers
2. Length limitations for text fields
3. If you are feeling adventurous, set up custom validations by using regular expressions. Validate literally any input time format, and provide meaningful custom validation warnings. Gen AI can help tremendously with those

New SFTP on-prem connector

Released some days ago already, but with great feedback from our customers (stay tuned, as new updates to come soon, like FTP on-prem availability and other good updates!), we are happy to announce the availability of SFTP on-prem connector. 

While previously it was possible to do on-prem file transfer via on-prem scripting, it is now faster and easier by using the new connector. Enjoy!
Please note that OPA version 24.0 or newer is required.
