We're looking to hire a leader of our Enterprise Applications team that is responsible for ERP, CRM, BI/Analytics and a growing applications portfolio (Jira, Lum Apps, Box, Smartsheet, Asana). Managing a team of 10 Business Analysts, the EA Manager will define applications strategy and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that our IT applications investments align with the company's goals and objectives. We run our entire business in the cloud - specifically, Salesforce which is used for all value streams from Marketing through Customer Support. Our ERP system is Rootstock ERP, built on the Salesforce cloud, and it runs our financial accounting and manufacturing operations. We're looking for an excellent people leader to lead a team of high-performing Business Analysts and expand our abilities to serve our internal customers. Business process analysis, solution design, people management, and agile project management are all critical skills in this role. Vendor management and strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with our internal business stakeholders.
