Guild is hiring for a Manager, Business Systems to enhance Guild Education’s day-to-day operations across our internal business tools, and to support our employees, staff, and members.
The Manager, Business Systems, will be a driver of efficiency by working with key member facing team stakeholders to own and maintain the business’ student facing tools. You will be responsible for overseeing our internal support ticketing system and coaching and overseeing the day-to-day activities of a group of Business Systems Analysts. This role will have a critical impact on the business and our members by providing input on efficient and scalable operations across our Business Systems team. We’ll look to you to work with the Salesforce leadership to coordinate efforts, knowledge, and timelines, as well as their interdependencies, across projects/squads while keeping in mind the best interests of all of our tools.
