Want to check if anyone has tried Salesforce sync for attachments. Was it download and upload method, or a direct sync process

Hi @himanshus2012,You have retrieve the attachment from the attachedmentObject which could be base64 and then have sync to freshdesk based on the API.Regards,Prudvi
