Conversating with my Gem

Hi guys,

I am trying to build an automation triggered by any new mail received in my account. What I would like to do is that each mail can be sent to an owned Gem (with its knowledge) and that this one could generate a response then. However, when exploring the Gemini app in Workato I can't see any action that actually has a conversation with a Gem.

Does anybody know how to proceed?

Hi @martipa ,

We cannot connect directly to Gemini Gem in Workato. From my research, I understand that to establish the connection, it needs to be deployed in GitHub and accessed from there. However, I haven’t done this process before. I will give it a try and let you know.

Just to confirm, have you tried AI Agents like Workato genie, this thing relates with your use case.

You can have a knowledge base and connect with slacks or teams as well, let me know if you need any help on this.
