This issue will be encountered when you are trying the modify the recipe which is running state or you might have opened it multiple tab and made the modification in new tab and didn't refresh it only tab and trying to save it again

You need to configure On-prem Agent in your local machine and then you will able to access the local files in your machine

I would recommend you to copy it from Dependency Graph for documentation. Path for it > Dashboard--> Dependency Graph.It will show all dependencies for recipe. Hope this helps

I don't think you will able to add variables as part of job report. I would suggest you to use lookup table to get additional parameters based on the job report output.
