I'm encountering the same error shown in the attached screenshot while attempting to connect Slack in the Workato Trial Workspace.
The Slack Workspace we are currently using does not have the Workato EU app installed, so we are unable to register the redirect URI at all. In addition, clicking the โReturn to Workato EU appโ button simply redirects to https://www.workato.com/integrations/slack.
Could you advise what actions are required or how we can resolve this issue?

I hope youโve created a custom OAuth profile. If itโs already done, make sure that the profile is assigned while establishing the Slack connection that should prevent this issue.
If the issue still persists even after that, please verify whether the trial URL is added as a redirect URL. If not, kindly configure it in your slack app as shown in the image below.
