Foundation Level 2 | FileStorage inaccessible

Hi,

I am working on the Foundation level 2 course. On the Lab: Data Orchestration lesson, it involves the FileStorage tool but my academy account states that I need a different pricing plan to access this tool. Am I setting up anything incorrectly?

I am also having this issue. I used the developer account as set up in Foundation 1, but the developer account no longer has access to the File Storage area.
