Hi Automation Pros,

Has anyone had any luck w/ using any of theCreate/Update Records in Bulk actions in the NetSuite Connector? I've tried a few times but have never got it to work - the job just hangs in aProcessingstate until I eventually cancel the job.

Actions I've tried, all w/ the same results.

  • Create Custom Records in Bulk
  • Update Custom Records in Bulk
  • Create Standard Records in Bulk
  • Update Standard Records in Bulk

Let me know if you've gotten this to work - would love to chat!

Ok - based on the help text here I assumed I had to batch in groups of <= 200 before passing the records into the bulk update step.

Oh, that's odd, good catch! Could you try it with the total number of records? I'll let the product team know that something doesn't look right about that note.

Hmm, this was my bad, Joe ๐Ÿ˜ž The NetSuite bulk action does indeed only work with up to 200 records.

And yes, it would take 50 minutes in your example. One alternative is to use an asynchronous callable recipe with concurrency at 5 to make it faster.
