Hi team! In a Google Workspace file, such as a Google Doc, you can navigate to the "Activity dashboard", "Viewer trend", and see the count of unique users that have viewed the file over a chosen period of time (Last 14 days, Last 30, etc.). I'm interested to apply this at scale, as I have about ~30 files that I'd like to see usage for.
From what I'm reading it doesn't sound like Google Workspace has any native solution for choosing a group of files to track on a holistic level such as a spreadsheet, but instead you have to go into each individual file to check.
Has anyone tried to do this via Workato? Does anyone have any ideas how I could achieve this?
