Hi All! Rachel Natik here. My background is in Salesforce - I am 6X certified and have over 10 years of experience with all things Salesforce. I was introduced to Workato about 7 years ago and have been an avid user and implementer. I recently passed the Automation Pro I certification, and I plan to pass the rest as well.
