We use platform events that salesforce sends to us pretty much real time.

It is also handy that our developers can configure what content we need to have so we don't have to do any lookups in the recipe.

Joseph Ferrari There are real-time connectors available in Workato on Create/Update/Delete record events in salesforce using the Outbound message.

Joseph, we use them a lot. The process requires a few steps on Salesforce side, though if you want to implement it in the right way. You can create Outbound Message and Workflow on Salesforce side to filter the events which you want to deliver to Workato. Then set up Workato recipe that technically exposes the Webhook for Salesforce outbound messages.
