Hello Automation Pros,
Has anyone found a way to deliver aesthetically pleasing graphs or charts via Slack? We have a few use cases for this, but most of all Iโd like to deliver a table or bar graph of outbound payments on a periodic basis.

Hi Joe,
Are these tables/charts in the form of a โfileโ? If so, there is a custom connector to send a file to someone /channel via slack.

Hi Joe,
Workato has a charts connector to generate a bar/pie chart. It's fairly basic so I'm not sure if it meets the "aesthetics" requirement.
This connector returns a chart URL, which unfurls into an image when posted in Slack.
The other option would be using tools like Tableau to generate the dashboard images, then using Workato to download these images using their API, and uploading the image as a file in Slack.

Thanks CJ! I didn't know bar charts were available. I'll give that a try.

I think we need an automation to auto recommend steps.
