Unable to activate on-prem agent. sg3.eu.workato.com security issue

Is there a problem with the sg3.eu.workato.com server certificate?  I'm unable to activate an on-prem agent due to issues with this gateway server.

Hi @Waldy ! Could you please provide further details regarding the specific connector used for your on-premises integration? Additionally, what is the exact error message being returned by the gateway server?

I said connector when I should have said agent.  I'm guessing this is a customer network issue:

Agent activation failed: unable to establish trusted network connection with Workato gateway.
