When I try to access the Open AI connection I get a api limit exceeded

This is the first time Ive tried to use the Open AI connector and I have a paid account for the API key. I have never accessed the API any other way.

When I talked with our partner representative they had the same problem

Ok the problem is resolved. The issue is that the billing was not setup properly for API on the account.
