As a Lead Software Solution Architect, you create quality automation solutions connecting various platforms, products, and services. You will lead with an automation mindset and deliver operational improvements of processes across the organization while playing a critical role maintaining and administering our center of excellence around these disciplines.
Some of the things we are looking for:
- Extensive experience and knowledge with integrations platform as a service (iPaaS) integration - specifically Workato
- Experience and capability in workflow automation (WFA) and robotic process automations (RPA)
- Experience establishing a center of excellence (COE)
- Strong understanding of process, governance, costing (related to licensing model and recipe creations), ROI, etc.
- Salesforce and Bullhorn experience is a big plus, but not required
This role will initial pair with an architect who has familiarity with iPaaS, but the responsibility as the SME will transition quickly.
Setting up our COE around iPaaS, WFA and RPA capabilities will be a core responsibility. Establishing standards around best practices, establishing/enforcing proper governance is also expected of this role. Cost control/management is also a concern and will be a part of the COE and standards expectation.
They will also work in and with a scrum team that will largely be involved in the WFA/RPA world. They will provide direction, insight, architectural guidance, and other expertise to that team while maintaining primary responsibility when building the more complex iPaaS activity. Leadership and mentorship capabilities are important.
Ability to work with a team and independently is necessary, as they will set up critical integrations for many projects and requests, working with a cross-section of engineering groups. Likely to engage executive leadership and should be able to produce materials and communicate at that level.
