Connector Triggers Condition not working propably

Hey guys how are you doing?

I got the the problem somehow that sometimes a new event is not triggerd. I have the connector two times in a recipe. 
One with trigger condition and one without. Where the trigger conditions are is sometimes an event missing althoug the conditions are all given. And i got the the event without the trigger conditions. 
Have someone similiar experience with trigger conditions?
Is it better to use the trigger without conditions and add as first step a if with the conditions?

So we tried diffrent ways and we had now the last weeks and days no trigger condition.

We put the conditions in a if case after the trigger as first step so we should get every create and update no matter we need it or not, but also there we have gaps and we do not get every employee.

To example now we noticed that an employee was not fetched from the recipe, but in the webhook we created on our own he got the employee.

I think it will be the best to use webhooks and not anymore the Personio SDK from workato.
