I'm attempting to connect to a trial PowerBI account. There is a Community connector but I'm not seeing much documentation for it. I believe I have set things up properly but I can't get the connector to connect. I am attempting to use OAuth2 Client credentials and I continually get the error:
If I mess up the client secret, the error changes to "Invalid client secret provided" which tells me that my Client ID, Secret, and Tenant ID are all valid. Is it the permissions on the Application in Azure? Not sure how to troubleshoot this one. Thanks.

Hi,
Good day!
There are hints below the fields on how to get the Client ID, Secret, and Tenant ID. Please follow the instructions indicated inside it.
You can also follow this step-by-step guide to getting the Client ID, Secret, and Tenant ID in PowerBI:
Where to find your Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant ID on Power BI
- From the Azure portal home page > Navigate to App registrations.
- Select the application.
- Note down the Client ID and Tenant ID (only required for single tenant authentication).
- Navigate to Certificates & secrets from the menu bar at the side and note down the Secret ID.
Thank you
