Workato API Developer Portal

We're very excited to announce the release of the highly anticipated API Developer Portal!

The API Developer Portal is key to accelerating API consumption and discovery – it has everything a developer needs to discover, understand, and integrate APIs seamlessly. It completes the API management lifecycle, and we anticipate it will be a key feature moving forward.

Key features

Self-Service Credentials – Clients can independently generate and manage API tokens in the portal
Comprehensive API Documentation – View detailed, contract-adherent API docs
API Catalog – Discover APIs and follow an approval-based request flow for access
Secure Portal Access – Portal clients log in via an email-based magic link login for seamless access
Built-in API Testing – Test APIs directly within the portal for faster integrations and debugging
Customizable Portal – Personalize the portal with logo, brand colours

Who can use this?

This will be available to ALL customers with the API Platform. Customers with large catalogues of APIs and many clients will benefit most from this!

Custom Domain for Workflow Apps

We’re excited to introduce Custom Domains for Workflow Apps, empowering customers to enhance brand presence, personalize email communications, and ensure security with minimal effort:

Ensure brand identity and user trust by providing a domain owned by you for Workflow Apps.
Define custom SMTP server for company-branded email communication.
TLS certificates are securely managed and renewed automatically by Workato.

This feature is now available to all Workflow Apps customers, check with your CSM in case you do not have access to it. Learn more in our Custom Domain documentation.
