Accessing a filesystem from an on prem database server via the agent

Hi Workato Community. I'm hoping someone can help me with setting up access to files on an on-prem database server. We already setup the yaml file for a database profile and seeing the link: https://docs.workato.com/on-prem/agents/connection.html#connecting-to-database-profiles it looks like there's a profile that makes it possible to access the file system. If the database server is linux based how is the server and base file path defined? Help is appreciated.

Cool..I was not the one who set up the agent and configured the service run and stop (it's a windows box). When I set up the connection, I am able to see the subdirectories, but yet I'm not able to get it to trigger when I add a new file - which is how I configured this trigger. What is the best way to know what account is running the workato service

Frank Gonzalez I would recommend to check the OPA log to see if you notice any errors, permission issues could cause such behaviour. You could try to write a test file into the same folder to check if that works or not. You can enable more detailed logging by following the steps here https://docs.workato.com/on-prem/agents/logging.html#logging-opa-activity if you dont see anything in the logs. We can also do a quick call if you have time today
